Production process

Our steel profiles adopt the whole process of standardized production: from billet heating, high pressure water descaling pre-treatment, to precise rolling and forming, and then through hot straightening and fine straightening to ensure straightness; the surface through sanding, lug cutting (trimming edges) and shot blasting to significantly improve the finish and wear resistance; customized sawing, multiple non-destructive testing (ultrasonic flaw detection, magnetic particle flaw detection and low-frequency pickling), to strictly exclude internal and surface After customized sawing, multiple non-destructive testing (ultrasonic flaw detection and magnetic particle detection and low-fold acid cleaning) are carried out to strictly eliminate internal and surface defects; finally, anti-rust oil + waterproof film is used for packaging to protect the transportation from moisture and damage. The whole process relies on mature technology and double quality inspection to ensure that S235jr/S355jr sections have both high strength, corrosion resistance and dimensional accuracy, and support customized processing to meet the needs of bridges, machinery and other demanding scenarios.
